60-Day Upgrade Guarantee
We are committed to providing high-quality hair care products that meet the needs of our customers. We are so confident in our products that we offer a 60-day guarantee on our Sophia Phillips range*.
That’s right, if you are not satisfied with our products within 60 days of purchase, we will provide a refund or exchange**, you can choose one. We are so confident in the quality and performance of our products that we want you to buy with confidence.
To be eligible for this guarantee, the product must be purchased directly from us with proof of purchase. Damaged or misused products will not be refunded or exchanged.
*Does not apply to appliances and accessories
**Shipping costs are not included
Here are the steps to initiate a return:
1. Contact our customer service team via email or phone. Our team will ask for your order number and reason for return.
2. If your return is eligible, our team will provide you with the return address and any additional instructions.
3. Safely pack the product in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals and documentation that came with it.
4. International Customers: Please use the carrier of your choice to ship your package to the return address you provide. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and purchase shipping insurance to ensure the safe delivery of your product.
5. Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. If you require a replacement product, we will ship it to you as soon as possible.

Sale Items
Items discounted less than 50%:
You can return sale items marked discounted less than 50% within 14 days of the shipping date.
Returns on these items will be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit on an e-gift card.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment for sale or discounted items.
Items discounted 50% or more:
Sale items marked 50% or more off will be considered a final sale and are not returnable.
Returns for free promotional items:
If you are returning an item that qualifies as a free promotional item, please ensure that the free promotional item is included in your return in order to receive a refund.
Refunds
Please note that once our support team confirms that your refund has been processed, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to be returned to your original form of payment. This time is standard banking procedure and may vary depending on your financial institution. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this process.
Partial Refunds
At Sophia Phillips, we take the responsibility of delivering your order. If you decide to refuse or fail to collect an order that has been held by the courier, we cannot guarantee that the order will be returned to our warehouse. Therefore, we are unable to provide a full refund for such orders. We charge a 20% restocking fee, as well as the return shipping fee, which does not include the original shipping fee or customs duties.
Duplicate Orders
If you happen to experience a duplicate order, don't worry! Our team is here to help. Simply contact us as soon as possible with your order ID and we will ensure your refund and return is processed promptly.

Damaged Products
